What is your superpower?

Making people feel comfortable. I’ve been told that people feel like they’ve been friends with me for years in the first 5 minutes of meeting me.

What do you most enjoy about your career? 

Connecting with people, being able to exercise creativity when it comes to problem-solving, and working my hardest to help meet needs. 

What makes you unique in your role/profession?

The team I work with shares my prioritization of people over process, every time. You don’t see that very often in the world of finance. 

What are your beliefs about financial planning?

Anything is possible when you have people who know what they’re doing to help you reach your goals. Knowing “what” is one thing. Knowing “how” is another! 

Is there anything in your life personally that has helped motivate you to improve your financial situation or someone else’s?

Growing up, I saved every penny I had. When I was 22, my realtor mom encouraged me to buy a property to gain equity and eventually rent out… I was so scared. I didn’t understand investments and I hated spending money (read: I’m stingy). I went through with it anyways and after a year, I saw how the value of my property had skyrocketed. It made me realize that no one is too young to start putting their money to work!
