What is your superpower?

Listening. I truly love asking questions, listening, and helping people clarify what they want. My goal is to help you remember you are the main character; it’s your story.

What makes you unique in your role or as an individual?

I am on a lifelong pursuit of being a hospitality professional in all aspects of my life. I’ve spent a lot of time in kitchens and bike shops, on mountain trails and big cities; hospitality is what it’s all about, everywhere, all the time.

What are your beliefs about the financial planning profession?

When your advice team leads with curiosity, empathy, and a positive mindset, I believe you can accomplish any goal you set.

What’s the most fun part of your job?

The team. I love connecting with people – sharing about a place we both have visited, or a favorite seasonal recipe, all of it. But learning from each other through the stories we tell each other is amazing.

What particular client personality or circumstance are you most drawn to?

I like talking to anyone! I have the most in common with clients who like to travel, bike, and enjoy food… Mostly, I’m drawn to those looking to get the most out of life and balance ALL types of wealth: Financial (money), Social (relationships), Physical (health), Mental (knowledge, faith), Time (freedom).

Tell a personal story that has helped motivate you to improve the financial situation of yourself and your clients or community.

In just a few short years, I got married and became an uncle. Experiencing these incredible milestones amidst a global pandemic made me think more about the future and the legacy I want to leave.
Now I want to help people understand: with financial planning, intentional goal setting, and the right community around you, your goals are achievable.
