What is/are your client service or finance superpowers?

Many financial service professionals are preoccupied with selling; I focus on ensuring clients understand the process and feel comfortable. Starting their financial planning journey can be overwhelming, so I often let the client set the pace.

What are your beliefs about your profession?

Authenticity is everything. And knowing the answer is good, but so is being willing to find it.

What’s the most fun part of your job?

I’ve worked in finance and client service for 12 years. My favorite part has always been connecting personally with clients.

Is there anything in your life personally that has helped motivate you to improve the financial situation of yourself and your clients?

I like feeling confident in a plan – and helping others do the same.
